Jonroth England Early mark, Old English Staffordshire Vanderbilt Nashville, Tennessee, Historical Souvenir Blue transfer Plate, Has 'James H. Kirkland Hall' the Building was burned and rebuilt named for him.
Plate is marked on the back OLD ENGLISH STAFFORDSHIRE WARE JONROTH & CO ENGLAND stamp mark MADE IN STAFFORDSHIRE ENGLAND, IMPORTED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE LIVING ENDOWMENT OF VANDERBILT UNIVERSITY NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE9 7/...8" diameter, very nice condition, no chips cracks or scratches or damage.
