Wind up watch, Cookie Monsters arms are the hour and minute hands. Appears to have never been worn. The adjustment holes are not stretched out. There are 9 holes, this watch will adjust for children up to adults. There is a stain on watch face above the 12 and below the 5 and 6 hour. Back of the buckle appears to be stamped Hong Kong. Back of watch case is stamped Swiss Made. Crystal has scratchs. Watch is working. Please view photos. Thank you.
