This bank is 100% original and completely operational exceptfor the occasional “catch” when the lever returns too slowly to its originalposition.Patented in 1901, it shows “PAT APLD FOR” on the bottom.The original wooden box is included. There is some writing, in pencil, on the back end of the box indicating a number of cases and how manycome in a case. This tells me this particular bank was likely a salesman’ssample and this was the storekeeper’s order.There is some minor ...paint loss with the remaining paint inexcellent to excellent plus condition.No apparent condition issues with no previous repairs orrestoration and no touch-up or repaint of any kind.Approximate Dimensions: 4.75” H x 9.88” L x 4.0” W  (12cm x 25cm x 10cm)Approximate Weight: 3 lbs. 9 oz.  (1.62kg)Please review all photos.
