This is a toy set from West Germany. It is a stenciled BED, CHAIR AND SHELF UNIT by "Jean Miniature Dollhouse Furniture." It is plastic and the color is a light green. The stencils are applied, not painted. This would have come in a "blister pack". Originally there were drawers in what appears to look now as if it is a shelf unit/ bookcase. Condition is "Used".
