This antique nutcracker i think dates to around 1900 , the nutcracker is made of wood and carved in the form of a Monkey head as seen in the photos , the nutcracker is well carved with good detail and has glass eyes , measures 8.5 inches high , there is a hairline crack to the head , a knock to one ear and back of the head and a few small chips where the nuts are cracked , general wear and tear with age and use
