Rare hard to find Dick Tracy plate from the 1950 Homer Laughlin child’s set which originally consisted of a plate, bowl, and mug. The plate is a dinner plate from the HLC Century line and measures 9 inches across, square.The decal features Dick Tracy and police dog Mugg and is still bright and shows very little wear. These are very difficult to find without chips or damage and this example is no exception.
