What we have here is a vintageWeller Louwelsa 6 ½ inches tall ewer. This unusually shaped ewer is form number 106. The artist signature is seen on the shoulder near the handleof the pitcher that looks like an AZ (pictured) maybe. The condition of the ewer is OK, having a crack through the top of the handle (pictured) and two small flakes in the finish on the spout (pictured). The pottery has fine light crazing and isdecorated in detail with a large yellow rose w...ith green and brown leaves. It's still a very lovely 100 year old piece. Sorry, I couldn't avoid the reflections in the images.
