Text and ALL FACTORY DIAMONDS. The model reference is 4908/200G and the dimensions are 22x26.5mm. This is quite the special version of Patek Philippe Twenty~4 as it has the entire bezel adorned with diamonds plus the outer rim to the stepped case. It also comes with a Tiffany & Co. original Patek Philippe dial with diamond markers. The fact that Tiffany & Co. text is printed on the dial validates that the watch was original sold through Tiffany stores. Patek Philippe and Tiffany & Co. has more than 150 years worth of partnership thus Tiffany & Co. retails many of the best watches for Patek Philippe.
