ROLEX 1803 DAY-DATE + President Box.
For your consideration, a gorgeous Rolex Day-Date 1803 non-quickset, with real diamond dial. The 1803 vintage is one of my favorites from the Day-Date line — the sunburst pie-pan dial has much more dynamism than the later, flat dials and the 36mm case size is classic and elegant. It is why most high-end dress watches, even today, build around a 36mm case.
The watch keeps wonderful time and all complications working great, including hacking... seconds. Minor scratching commensurate with a watch of this age, but nothing major. The diamonds have all been reviewed/tested by my jeweler and guaranteed genuine. 5 mil. serial number dating the watch to 1978 (all clear, good stampings between the lugs).
