This is a vintage 18ct yellow gold gents Patek Philippe wristwatch. The watch was made in the 1960s and features a cream coloured dial with gold hour and minute hands. This is all encased in an 18ct yellow gold case and has been finished with a black leather strap with a gold buckle.
