Up for sale is my 2020 Rolex Submariner Ceramic 116613LB Two-Tone Bluesy, 40mm. Condition is "Pre-owned". This watch was purchased new, in May 2020 (printed on warranty card). Comes with original box, papers, & hang tag. This was the last year that the 40mm Submariners were produced with the proven 3135 movement and the maxi case. Comes with fully transferable warranty until May 2025.
I purchased the watch for a few reasons; there were talks about Rolex upgrading the ...submariner line, which would make these 2020 the end of the line for the 3135 movement and the maxi case (which I like the maxi case). Also, due to Covid, production of 2020 watches would be limited, plus Rolex redesigned the case and movement the second half of the year. I was looking at waiting for the new submariners but I thought to myself... I could own a watch with 18k gold and one of the most beautiful dials Rolex makes for the same or less than a new 2020 Stainless steal sub.... Why not, so I got the Bluesy. Plus, this watch has a little flash when you walk into the board room, when the other 4 out of 5 guys in the room have the standard Black SS sub, you have a stunning rich blue dial with some gold. Just a notch above the rest.
I'm thinking of selling a few of my watches due to the lack of wrist time and it's hard to justify expensive toys when I have so many of them. Good luck and let me know if you have any questions.
