Original Description:
Superb late Victorian silver plate and bamboo novelty system cane / walking stick with a cigaretteholder and vesta case, made circa 1900.

This is a lovely novelty silver plate and bamboo walking stick with a hinged top with vesta case / match holder above a spiral fluted handle.
The handle unscrews and the inside of the cane holds cigarettes.

The cane has a tapering bamboo wood shaft and metal ferrule.
The walking stick is 1 inch / 25 mm in diametre and it is 33 inc...hes / 838 mm long.
The walking stick is in excellent condition.
