Antique Treen Knitting Sheath, certainly 19th century maybe 18th. Lovely colour and patination, appears to be made of oak. Excellent cross hatching to the handle, wavy pattern scratch carving to “blade” with owners initials to side. No damage or splits but I feel there may be a brass Ferrel missing where the needle was inserted, if there is it was lost a long time ago as it is patinated over and could easily be replaced if desired.
