that were made at the Mt. Lebanon, NY Shaker community .
with turned finials on the rear posts. George was one of the founding members of the IGMA and its 1979 Guild President. In 1...972, George and his wife Sally started their miniature furniture business, The Hoffman Collection, and their work was sold thru several museums, Old Sturbridge Village, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art For the dedicated miniatures collector, this is a classic Hoffman piece.
