16 Tine, all steel constructionWeight: 12 lbs.Diameter: 19" from tine tip to tine tipTwo (2) 10" diameter Steel center plates - 1/8" thick with 3/8" gap between plates3/4" hex shaped center hole with the center pressed to a thickness of 1/4"There is a 5/16" drain hole in the 10" center plates on both sides of the wheel. It could be hung from this hole.There are no manufacture markings of any kind on the wheel.
The implement that it was removed from had no identification on it....
The wheel pictured IS NOT the wheel you will receive. It will be very much the same except for minor differences in remaining paint.
Very rare and unusual Rotary Hoe/Cultivator Wheel with a very appealing patina. Could be used as is for home interior display and conversation piece OR as an addition to a garden.It has been cleaned and lightly oiled with a biodegradable oil that can be easily removed. There are no cracked, missing or loose tines.
The manufacture is unknown to the seller but as a "collector" of RHW's I would like to know its manufacture IF someone knows !!! ( note ) Based only upon this wheel's color and the way that the other Case RHW's in my "collection" are colored and how they have aged, the color on this offered wheel and the Case are VERY much the same, right down to the way the paint is "spotting" on both types of wheels.The seller of this Rotary Hoe Wheel is a "collector" of Rotary Hoe Wheels and is always on the lookout for "interesting and unusual" RHWs.
