An amazing and coveted pattern CHARLES FIELD HAVILAND and all made in Limoges France, in their original factories, expressly for San Francisco Jewelry shop who carried the finest worldwide luxury goods, the venerable S & G Gump and Company. All of the bowls and saucers are stamped with the old Haviland stamp, Mark C 1876-1878/1889. Most of the plates are with Mark C and some with the 2nd Haviland backstamp Mark I, which ran production between beginning in 1894; Those plates have a ...slight variation in the hand painted pattern, though still created on the same original Victorian / Georgean Blanks.
