This is a beautiful antique Victorian Chester hallmark for 1896 ornate bar brooch.
The brooch has a full set of hallmarks with makes AJC, the wheat sheaves for Chester assay office, the lion for sterling silver and date letter N for 1896.The brooch width is 3.8 cm ( one and a half inches ) and the pin and C clasp are in good working condition although the clasp is not original.
