Vintage Horn Hat Rack Wood Plaque Brass Estate Russian? Unique Wall Handmade. I don’t know the history of this piece and I did not clean it. It is a unique piece. It’s a wooden plaque with three metal designs on the front which I think are brass but I’m not sure. There is a horn mounted like a hook and I don’t know what kind of horn it is. This item came from estate sale and the owners were of Russian descent. The wood measures approximately 7“ x 10“. Please look at all pic...tures carefully and ask all questions before bidding.
