Antique 19thC Salvage VICTORIAN ESTATE Old CARVED NUDE LADY Caryatid WALL STATUE~ 1/10+ Salvaged Carved Wood Pieces Listed ~ 50+ Estate Fresh Items Listed Weekly ~ This is 1 of 4 Identical late 19thC Wood Carved Large Sized figural Nude Lady Caryatid style Architectural Corbel style decorative Wall Statues Listed tonight which were Salvaged from a late 19thC Victorian Estate in Wester...n North Carolina. The old building was scheduled for demolition and we were not about to let the amazing figural woodwork go down with the wrecking ball! Most of the pieces listed tonight were removed from a single built in Court Cupboard in the Dining Room which was original to the Ca. 1890 house. Overall in solid antique condition with very light age wear to the original finish. There are no chips, cracks or damages to the wood beyond minimal seam separation on some pieces though nothing of structural or significant cosmetic concern. Solid as can be and begging for a new life back on display. Perfect for display just as it sits or incorporate it into your next architectural project!
