This is a Chinese porcelain saucer dish decorated in underglaze cobalt blue featuring a waterscape scene to the centre with fishing boats on the water and by the bank, trees and buildings and birds in flight. An oyster scroll and spike pattern border surrounds the scene. An intricate border to the rim of cell pattern, oyster scrolls, crosshatch and flowers. Circa 1730-1740.Diameter 10.75 in (27 cm). ANTIQUE CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE PORCELAIN SAUCER DISH, 18TH CENTURY Description This is a Chinese porcelain saucer dish decorated in underglaze cobalt blue featuring a waterscape scene to the centre with fishing boats on the water and by the bank, trees and buildings and birds in flight. An oyster scroll and spike pattern border surrounds the scene. An intricate border to the rim of cell pattern, oyster scrolls, crosshatch and flowers.
