If free shipping was offered, we will deduct the exact amount we paid for shipping and insurance. You must furnish tracking numbers once you ship the item back to us.
Returned jewelry cannot be resized or altered in any way, and must be unworn. Items returned used or in a condition other then received will incur a restocking fee. All goods will be inspected upon receipt prior to the issuance of any refund.
