3. Due to the nature of most of our items (vintage) we are not able to make guarantees or provide any warranties. If you are unsure about an item, please consider researching on your own, as we can only provide what we know and we know we do not know everything :) .

5. Shipping insurance is automatically included in your order if possible.

7. If your item arrives broken, damaged or is lost, it is the Buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company (usually USPS and can be done online) The Seller will not be able to file the claim for you or refund as the shipping company will do that after claim is filed. I will be happy to help you through the process if needed.
