Very beautiful and delicate hat for your French or German antique bisque doll, the hat is vintage, it was further decorated with antique velvet millinery forget-me-nots and ruches and bows of vintage rayon ribbon. There is a wire sewn around the brim that allows the hat to be shaped to your liking. This cute little hat measures approximately 6.5" in diameter (including the ribbon around the edge) and the inside circumference is about 9.5". It is modeled by a bisque doll that... is 16" tall with a head circumference of 9" and a bisque head with a circumference of 10" (the dolls shown are not for sale).
