It is First Quality.
It measures 7-1/4" in diameter. The sides curve up slightly, making the sides 1-1/4" high.
The white porcelain has raised molded leaves, and concentric rings of raised beads in the center. The plate originally had heavy gold decorations, but these areas are worn from use/ age.
There is one small chip to the edge of one of the white leaves. Because of the inherent shape of the leaf, it is very difficult to find. I have added an arrow to one photo. There are no other chips, cracks or crazing.
