Description: Antique Wedgwood Blue Jasperware Bowl with Cherubs & Muse cameo Figures. Glazed on the interior surface, this bowl is likely a waste bowl / part of a tea service. Signed “WEDGWOOD” with other marks and the letter “D”. It does not have “England” or 3 digit date code. “England” was included after 1891 and The 3-digit date code era began after 1860. This Jasperware piece dates from t...he period prior to 1860.
Size: 5.75” diameter x 2.5” tall
Condition Report: Used. Good condition for its age and is free of chips, cracks, repairs. It shows some light signs of use-wear, including a tiny pinhead in glaze on inside bottom (photographed). One small manufacturing defect (also pinhead size) on the blue ground (photographed). Overall this is a nice, clean, antique piece of Jasperware, but due to age may have slight imperfections such as minor scratches, trim wear, and/or slight manufacturing detects.
