Original Description:

An Antique Pocket / Travel Compass
No makers marks, 19th century or earlier

Blued steel needle, finely shaped and engraved N. S. in gold. Brass case with lid to enclose the whole. Size: diameter 5.5cm.

CONDITION: This is an antique item as found. Unfortunately the cover glass is CRACKED in three places, some splinters of glass have dropped inside, it would be preferable to have the glass replaced if possible. Still a lovely thing though.
There is some verdigr...is on the brass lid. The compass in fine working order.
