Offered here is large George E. Ohr vessel/vase with a "torn" rim. The piece measures 4 3/8 x 5 inches and is glazed in blues, pinks, green, gold, and a variety of unamenable colors and having incised rings. It is stamped on the base "G.E. Ohr/Biloxi, Miss., c. 1897.Guaranteed original. It is in excellent condition - no restorations or repairs. There are three very minor invisible touch-ups on the inside of the rim, approximately 3, 2, and 1.5 cms. The vase was torn as evident on... the rim where there is a small, fold over from the weight of the wet clay. Great piece of Ohr!
