DescriptionBeautiful Victorian box with an unusual polished mother of pearl and brass inlaid lid. Made in the 19th Century, probably in France.Not marked but guaranteed to be an early and original piece (base photographed).Some wear scratching to the underside of the box, commensurate with age. Otherwise, it is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration.It measures approximately 3¼" in length by 2¼" in width and 1¼" in height.
