Rumtopf Lidded Crock/Pot. Vintage 11" ceramic, cherry motif, appears to be hand painted. Rumtopf, rum pot in German, is a crockery pot or crock filled with fruit, sugar, and rum and left to 'steep' for four to six weeks orlonger, adding fruit as the season progresses. The result is fruit preserved rum, served with pudding or over cake, ice cream. Spectacular at the holidays, or actually anytime!
Although vintage, no chips or repairs. Excellent. wear commensurate with age and use.&n...bsp; Ready for the rum and fruit!  YUM RUM.Carefully review all photos and ask any questions you may have. (Cheesecake not included!)
