Original Description:
Up for auction is this Antique Cigar Cutter.  Recently purchased from an older estate sale.  The cutter is shaped like a bicyclist that is wearing Knicker style pants and a tam type hat.  The round wheels come apart and close like scissors to create the cutter.  Cutter is made of a silver toned metal.  Cutter measures approximately 2" x 1 3/4".  I did not find any markings.  Could use a good cleaning.  Please check out my other old cigar cutters ...that I currently have listed.
