This is a vintage Vogue dress from the 1950s. Dress is blue with a red velvet sash and white lace accents around the shoulders. Dress has seen play and is dirty. Sash has worn spots and is much longer on the left side than the right. Lace is also dirty with stains and needs TLC. Tag states Vogue dolls. Inc. Bedford, Mass. Reg US Pat Off.
