This watch is a Lucerne digital manual wind vintage jump hour watch in good condition likely manufactured in the early 70's, powered by a basis movement, and is on a new Nato style strap. There is is regular scratching around the side corresponding to light use. It is in working condition although a servicing would be recommended if the watch is to keep good time due to its age.
