Antique 1880 Pairpoint Mfg. Co Nut Cracker and 4 Picks in Presentation Case. Condition is Used. Beautiful Set for extracting nut meats from the shell. This Heavy Duty cracker will open any size or variety of nut with speed. The picks are for clearing even the tightest fragments from the deepest shells. This set is from the era when a truly sumptuous dinner included "Everything from Soup, to Nuts!"I did not try to polish the light tarnish off of the pieces. I know it will polish u...p beautifully. It appears that the original set had spaces for 6 picks. In the 100 plus years 2 have gone missing. The velvet case is in very nice condition. Please view the photos.
