A fabulous vintage heart pendant with a great combination of diamonds and gemstones, all set in heavy 14K yellow gold. The piece has a large pear-shaped natural sapphire in the center, displaying a deep blue color and weighing approximately 0.75 carats. A mix of bright green emeralds, purplish red rubies, and dark blue sapphires are set along the edge of the pendant. Fiery round cut diamonds are also set throughout the piece, including the bale. They are G/H in color and VS/SI in clari...ty overall. The stones are all set with a star motif engraved around them.The gold has a soft satin-type finish. It measures 1.7 inches long (including the bale) and 1.2 inches wide (at its widest point). The back is stamped “14K” for gold purity.
