Upfor sale is a 1982 Brambly Hedge Bone China ‘Spring’Four Seasons Plate.Made in England byRoyal Doulton, this plate is approximately 8” (or 20 cm) in diameter. The plate has pale yellowaccents and is beautifully bordered with green brambles with pink flowers. In the center is anenchanting spring scene featuring Wilfred among yellow, purple, and blue springwildflowers. The back of the platehas the Royal Doulton stamp and says: ‘SPRING’ ‘A Series of Fo...ur SeasonsPlates’‘From the BramblyHedge Gift Collection Jill Barklem 1982’. It also includes thestory of the scene depicted on the front.This would make agreat addition to your Brambly Hedge collection, or simply a treasured gift for someone who loves theenchanting world of the mice of Brambly Hedge!In 1982 Jill Barklemdesigned 4 intricately detailed plates, one for each season featuring the miceof Brambly Hedge.
