NEMADJI Clay Vase picked up in Moose Lake MN where Nemadji originated from, using the clay from the Northern MN region. It measures 6 1/2 inches tall with a 2 inch diameter opening and a 3 1/2 inch base. The neck is about 1 3/4 inch wide and the bulb is4 1/2 inches diameter at its widest.
It has a yellow tan background with a marble swirl design of browns, oranges, black and turquoise. It is not glazed, inside or out. It seems to have a seam or ma...ybe an overlap from top to bottom on the outside but doesn't appear on the inside.
It is stamped on the bottom NEMADJI INDIAN POTTERY NATIVE CLAY. It doesn't appear to ever had water in it.
