This is the only piece like this listed on eBay - they do not come up often. This piece is called the conical maiden (due to the shape). She is hand painted and in perfect condition. I bought this piece from a collector a number of years ago. They were never displayed (by her or me) in direct sunlight which is why they are in such amazing condition. No crazing, cracking, or chipping. Tag on the bottom of the largest doll reads "84 Made in USSR."
What is unusual about this... set is that the largest doll is holding a baby wrapped in pink bunting - VERY hard to find piece. Each doll wears a white blouse painted with flowers. They wear black or brown vests and each doll has a different color scheme.
This is a complete set - the smallest doll does not open. If you do not have this piece in your nesting doll collection, don't let this one get away.
