•All of my NEW and USED items are stored in a smoke free environment while in my possession. If you have questions about how items have been stored please ask, I will try my best to answer any questions you might have. If you have concerns about what items have been in contact with or any other information you might want to know about an item PLEASE ask prior to bidding. I want my buyers to be happy with their purchases. I list the condition of items to the best of my ability. IF my items are NOT AS described, I will make it right. If you have a problem with your purchase PLEASE contact me prior to leaving feedback, I will try to work out any problems my buyers might have with their purchases.
•IF I am not made aware there is a problem I can't fix it. I do not refund to buyers who do not read the description correctly. IF a bidder fails to notice something prior to bidding and contacts me immediately I will cancel the bid. Once the auction ends and payment is made the sale is final, unless the item is NOT AS described.
•Most of the items I sell are USED, I am not the first owner of these items. Therefore I cannot say if they have been in contact with smoke, dogs, cats etc. USED items are sold AS IS. Some of my NEW items come out of damaged boxes, and are sold loose. Loose means not in their original boxes. Loose items are not going to be in perfect condition as they are no longer attached to their cardboard. Items described as coming in damaged boxes are just what it says, the item would not be what most people would consider GIFT GIVING CONDITION.
•Some of my calculated shipping has a $2 handling fee added to cover boxes, bubble wrap, and tape. This handling fee does not apply to all items. Should my cost of shipping be significantly less than what the buyer pays, the buyer will be refunded. Local pickup is always free.
•In the event that I do accept a refund, insured shipping is always paid by the buyer-no exceptions.
