Urban Archaeology Double Swing Arm Towel Bar / NO RESERVE!!.
This is a fantastic double glass rod towel bar. I'm not sure if the finish is antique brass or their brown patina, but it looks almost like an oil rubbed bronze / dark brown.
Condition: There are some scratches to the metal but they aren't major and it should clean up nicely. It could just use a good cleaning. This item was never installed, but was purchased for staging and never used.
