History/backgroundWe have been e...Bay buyers since February 2002 and eBay sellers since September 2010.
Payment policyPayPal is our only accepted payment method, and we will not consider accepting alternative forms of payment. The winner of the auction is expected to pay for his/her item immediately after the auction has ended so that we can mail the item to the buyer as soon as possible. If payment is not received within four days after the auction has ended, a case will be opened against the buyer through eBay. If payment is still not received after eight days, the buyer will not be able to purchase the item and the item will be re-listed.
Shipping informationThe day after we receive payment, the item will be prepared to be shipped. On the second day after payment is received, the item will be mailed out. We only use the United States Postal Service to mail our items, and a tracking number is always included with our packages. We use eBay's Global Shipping Program for international sales.
Return policyThe buyer has thirty days after receiving an item to contact us and ask to return the item. We will only accept returns if the item was described or listed incorrectly. In such a case, we will give a full refund through PayPal after the item is mailed back to us. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
