A Big Very Nice and Rare, Old, Authentic Russian Propaganda Cast PLAQUE with Soviet Union Coat of Arms ( SEAL ) from Russian Soviet Locomotive with incription: "CCCP" (USSR), "Proletarians of whole world, unite!".
H of the Plaque is 15 1/2" (39.5 cm). Weight 6 1/3 pounds (2.83 kg). Made in the USSR of heavy metal alloy. Good condition, with the inscriptions on the bands – see photo for all details.It was t...aken from Loco after Soviet Union disintegration.
