WWII US Army air corps AIRBORNE TROOP CARRIER Corporal With engraved wings! The patch and the collar brass appear to be English-made rather than issue. The Ike jacket is a size 36s and is dated June of 1944. The three-inch, pin back Enlisted aircrew wings are engraved JVB on the reverse! Jacket comes with an Army Air Forces piped flight cap which does have several moth nips! Overall a super cool. It's possibly identified according to an ebayer following this auction. He said “You can... read his laundry number G-4281 and read two partial names Clar and Gr___. Looking up the laundry number the only similar last name is Clarence Grace who enlisted in the army in 1943.” See the photos above and you will see the ink markings. Condition is Used.
