This is a special publication including many workout techniques that still apply today, made by the fitness pioneer himself, Dan Lurie! These were personal copies he kept at home over the years. Everyone has heard of Lou Ferigno, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Joe Weider. However, a lesser known name but by no means lesser in success was Dan Lurie. Dan originally trained under Weider, and brought Schwarzenegger to the U.S. Dan Lurie also had become the most mus...cular man in the United States many times over by 1949. You can read further on Dan from his autobiography "Heart of Steel, " where he details this. Anyone who is into fitness, health, and especially weights and body building should take interest in the "instant action positrain;" I have many copies, this was a very popular publication at the time.
