The first number is the Plate No. and the second number is the location of the button on the plate. Each Plate has approximately 30 photos of buttons. Detailed descriptions are given for each button in another part of the books. His rating system goes from A (common) to G (Exceptionally rare).

This button is in GOOD condition. The button has not been cleaned. It shows some signs of wear. It has a wobbly shank. I leave any further cleaning preference to the new owner.
