Antique 1915 ELGIN 7 Jewel Size 16S Open Face Gilt Pocket Watch - Serial #18278945, Grade 293, Model # 7 - Watch Runs, but timekeeping accuracy is not guaranteed. The knob to set the time is a bit loose, so when you set the time the minute hand moves up an extra few minute when you secure the knob.The face says "ELGIN" and the movement says “ELGIN NATL WATCH Co. U.S.A. SEVEN JEWELS 18278945”.The inside of the screw off back cap says “WADSWORTH REFEREE WARRANTED 20 YEARS 1980090�...�. Case rim near mechanism is marked “AOU90”.Case Diameter (not including the crown) is 52mm.Case has some scuffs & scratches. You will receive the item pictured.
