19thC Antique VICTORIAN CARVED Wood WINGED GRIFFIN Old GREEK SPHINX Wall PLAQUE50+ Estate Fresh Items Listed WeeklyThis is a great-looking antique 100 + year old turn of the century wood carved figural decoration which was most likely salvaged from a large piece of furniture for possibly a doorway. Overall a nice attention to detail in the wood with a lightly aged original finish. It looks... like over the years there are a few old age cracks as well as solid holding repairs to the top of 1 Birds head and the Crest at Center. Overall a nice and solid piece that is ready for a new life.
