Title: Antique 18thCentury Meissen Raised Floral Watteau Porcelain Cabinet Plate Colorful GildingCondition:  Excellent with no damage!Measurements:  10” in diameterDescription:  You are bidding on a wonderful antique 18thor 19th century porcelain decorated cabinet plate.  The center and sides of the plate havewonderful very detailed hand painted Watteau scenes of a courting couple.  The figures have wonderful painted faces withcolorful Colonial garments. ...; Around theplate is wonderful raised floral and neoclassical designs that are hand paintedand gilded in gold.  The back has a Meissenlike blue crossed line signature with the letter T and impressed number 447.  I have not been able to identify the mark, butit was definitely done by a skilled artist most likely in the Dresden region ofGermany.  This piece was obtained from alocal South Carolina estate.
