Stunning antique French hand carved wooden wall plaque
Superbly carved, this solid wood plaque features a dog head surrounded by a fancy scroll style design.
Approx. dimensions - 19cm H x 14cm W x 7cm depth from wall / Weight 329g
Complete with a metal ring on the back for wall hanging. There is also a hole in the back, which I feel may have originally been used to fit it onto an ornate mantle shelf or to adorn a piece of furniture.
In very good antique co...ndition with some age related marks and wear.
With bags of character, this stunning plaque would make a wonderful addition to any treen collection or home décor. It could also be used once again as a decorative addition to any piece of wooden furniture etc.
