A perpetual calendar, pretty cool for being so old. The brass wheel on the top has you select the month and it tells you the number of days. You then turn it to the starting day and bingo you have the whole correct calendar. This is particularly cool, looks to be nickel over hammered brass. The cool depiction of the Masonic memorial states The George Washington Masonic National Memorial. This also shows the days of the week. A very appealing pi...ece of history. The picture are not good and I will retake if asked. There is no discoloration as it appears from the flash I took.
