Up for sale is a vintage anatomically correct baby girl doll. She is 18 inches long and real life like! She's in good used condition with minor scuffs. You could reborn her with paints and hair but she looks cute just the way she is. She comes with a modified pacifier, diaper, t-shirt, hat, and a blanket. She will need size newborn in clothes. I did try preemie clothes but they are too small. She is all vinyl to which makes it easy to clean if your purchasing for your little girl.
